Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled service. Within 12 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 15% of the scheduled cost. A no call no show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. We do not allow gratuities on credit cards. You can tip your stylists with cash or via Venmo.
